What's wrong with Adam Schiff?

I can't put my finger on it but there's something seriously wrong with this guy. Politics aside, anyone else see something odd about this guy's mannerisms and on camera presence?
Most people look at others and make judgements - the way the person talks, relates, carries him/herself. I can't figure out what's wrong other than feeling that something is very wrong.

As if being an ultra liberal

As if being an ultra liberal democrat from Mexifornia wasn't enough, but, yea, something you can't quite put your finger on.
He does have those Charlie Manson eyes, though.......

Thanks for posting this, Mel.

Thanks for posting this, Mel.

He speaks to the reaction many of us have to this guy, and Comey too.

"There is no blood, no guts, no there. A recitative... " and "Somehow, the fact that none of it hangs together and all of it is self-serving fails to register" and "It's odd, even a bit creepy. How could stuff that tendentious, that self-serving, that shaded, slanted, and purposefully obfuscatory, come off as so...not that?"

And this, "look closely, and you'll see that the primary ingredient is – no ingredient. That is, no emotion. That is, no human emotion.

I frankly agree.

The eyes are the windows to

The eyes are the windows to the soul. Both Comey & Schiff must not have any.

Thanks for the observations.

Thanks for the observations. I thought it must be me but Schiff, Comey and more importantly Hillary mover htie eyes in a peculiar way when speaking. Hillary really dries me crazy with her look up-look down-look all around while never looking at anyone style.

They are products of years of

They are products of years of indoctrination in the bureaucratic/political world they live in.
Some pay more attention to it on the higher levels (such as they are) but it is appears in he lowest levels everywhere. .The best words to describe it is the empty / lack of emotion , substance label.
They are trained in how to speak this way.

Democrats promote within

Democrats promote within their party, those who can lie shamelessly. There are dozens of examples of it, and I've discussed it before.

That, and not deviating an iota from the party line are required for advancement.

I think another one to add to

I think another one to add to these 2 is James Clapper. I've never seen him look at a person questioning him. His eye go all over the map.

‘Throw the bums out’ of

‘Throw the bums out’ of Congress to protect Russia probe, top Democrat says

GUESS WHICH ONE

The top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee on Sunday called on voters to “throw the bums out” of Congress whom he has accused of trying to help President Trump undermine the special counsel’s Russia probe.

“The only thing that makes this possible is a Congress that is complicit,” Rep. Adam B. Schiff (D-Calif.) said on ABC News’s “This Week,” . .

_________________________________________________________________

And he goes on to mention Paul Ryan, who is leaving anyway. Paul Ryan. The leader of the house anti-Trumps. He's the biggest phony of them all but he doesn't get as much credit because he's just not very good at it.

The best line from the article is the very last one. By then, the article had turned into a rebuke of spygate:

“Let’s spread a completely fallacious story and then let’s say that it needs to be investigated and give it a life of its own,” Schiff said.

Right, asshole. Let's do that.

From Mr. Udall's link:

It's unclear how the two of them got so good at it, but they certainly are. As Comey's day in the spotlight approached, did he take note of Schiff's technique, on display incessantly as Schiff eagerly galumphed from one friendly camera-op to another?

If Comey did, the chances are he's starting a chain. There will be others, because it works, and people are taking note. Watch for it. We may be witnessing the ascendancy of the robo-politician, and the only way to derail it might be a degree of determination to hold their feet to the fire that most of the mainstream media have no desire to do, even if they had the ability, which, these days, they don't. (Gee, thanks, Columbia Journalism School!)

And from Prager U:

Can You Trust The Press?

YOUTUBE 5:55

The conclusions won't come as any surprise but the reporter's resume might.

Finally, Rush nailed it, as usual. This is a property fight and, if you don't assert your rights, you won't keep your property. Trump, on behalf of many like minded Americans, has stolen all power and authority of the DC Proper and it's media accomplice.

Paul Ryan could condemn Schiff to the footnotes of oblivion but not while they're on the same team.

Bush did as well, and Clinton

Bush did as well, and Clinton.

He retired as a 3 star AF General.

I begin to wonder whether his specialty was/is getting the dirt on everyone above him to use as he saw fit.
